Christian Dior Granville vase, 14x13cm, limited edition (15051) — this is an ode to Christian Dior's childhood and his passion for gardening at the Granville family estate. The collection, created by creative director Cordelia de Castellane, is inspired by the lush flowers and unspoilt nature of the Normandy coast. The design of the product combines the refined elegance of the French style and the vibrant energy of garden plants, embodied in a complex artistic painting.
Made by artisans from a unique composition (74% selected ceramics and 26% special glaze), the vase has a noble texture and exceptional luster. The process of creating each piece requires jewelry precision and adherence to ancient firing techniques. Due to its considerable size (height 14 cm, diameter 13 cm), it becomes the dominant object in the interior, bringing to it the spirit of high fashion and aristocratic chic.
The limited edition status gives special value to this item. There are only 20 such vases in the world, each of which has its own unique number. This makes the purchase not just an acquisition of a decorative item, but a serious investment in a collectible art object. This vase will be the crown of a private collection or an exceptional gift for the most discerning people who appreciate the rarity, history and impeccable name of the house of Dior.
