The Meissen Wellenspiel Soup Plate Game of Waves, 23cm (14062) is a perfect balance between age-old traditions and the modern art of serving. The collection's design was developed in the late 20th century and has since become a benchmark for modern classics. The key feature is the wave-like edge and the soft, embossed pattern that flows over the porcelain surface, creating a unique aesthetic of a "living" shape.
The dish is made of high-quality porcelain, a secret that the Meissen Manufactory has been preserving for over three centuries. Careful processing and firing at high temperatures give the plate a noble shine, exceptional whiteness and high durability. The diameter of 23 cm is optimal for serving first courses, pasta or exquisite purees.
